My Story

Why I'm in this business

I'm a Toronto realtor, but more than that, I'm a Torontonian — raised in this city, building my career in this city, and committed to helping the people who live here make smart, strategic moves with the biggest asset most of them will ever own. I got licensed in 2018, and over the years that work has been recognized with the Master Sales, President Gold, and Sales Achievement Awards. The trophies are nice. The reason for them is simpler: the way I work with the people in front of me.

My approach is built around the long view. I'd rather build a client for life than close a deal this week. That means doing real research on the market before we ever look at a property. It means leaning on data — comparable sales, days on market, what's actually moving and what's sitting — instead of going on gut feel. It means bringing my construction background to every showing, so we can see what's beneath the staging and make decisions with confidence instead of crossed fingers. And it means treating your time, your asset, and your peace of mind like they matter, because they do.

When you work with me, you get more than a transaction. You get a strategist for the market, an extra set of trained eyes on the property, and a partnership that doesn't end when the keys change hands. A lot of my clients have moved with me through two, three, even five homes over the years. Their kids call me. Their parents call me. Their friends call me. Those long-term relationships are the part of this work I'm proudest of.

Real numbers, every time

I'll show you the math. The CMA, the carrying costs, the closing costs, the net proceeds. If a number isn't favourable, I'm not going to bury it. You can make a better decision when you have the real picture.

No pressure, ever

About 80% of the homeowners I prepare a valuation for don't list with me right away. Many take six to eighteen months. That's normal. I'm here when you're ready, not before.

A plan I can defend on paper

Pricing strategy, staging plan, marketing schedule, contingency plan if it doesn't go to plan. Everything in writing. Everything explainable in plain English. No "trust me" magic.

I pick up the phone

Reach me directly. Not an assistant, not a team member you've never met. If you're my client, you have my cell and you call it when you need to. Including weekends.

I tell you what I don't know

Mortgages, capital gains, immigration tax, building inspections — there are areas where you need a specialist, not a realtor. I'll tell you when, and I'll refer you to someone good. Better than guessing.
