The reason for them is simpler: the way I work with the people in front of me.
My approach is built around the long view. I'd rather build a client for life than close a deal this week. That means doing real research on the market before we ever look at a property. It means leaning on data — comparable sales, days on market, what's actually moving and what's sitting — instead of going on gut feel. It means bringing my construction background to every showing, so we can see what's beneath the staging and make decisions with confidence instead of crossed fingers. And it means treating your time, your asset, and your peace of mind like they matter, because they do.
